Non-exact match placeholder message displayed when user switching between browse contributors result list pages.

Description

Overview: When user browse contributors, based on not exact match query and click on pagination button, in time of switching between pages displayed placeholder message "<<your query>> would be here"
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Snapshot FOLIO environment as admin user (diku_admin / admin).

  2. Navigate to "Inventory" app

  3. Click on the search option dropdown with displayed default value "Keyword (title, contributor, identifier)" and select "Browse contributors" option from the expanded dropdown.

  4. Fill in the input field at "Search & filter" pane with not-exact match query. [e.g.:"x"]

  5. Click on the "Browse" button.

  6. Scroll down to the end of the list and click on the "Previous" or "Next" button.

Expected Results: The browse result page switched to another page and no messages displayed at the moment of switching.
Actual Results: The browse result page switched to another page, the placeholder with message "<<your query>> would be here" displayed at the moment of switching.

Works as expected and it appears https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIIN-2114 is also fixed.

Note: the issue described in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIIN-2114 still reproduced (the search query copied to the input field when user switching between browse result pages).
