BE: Contributors | Subjects from Shared Instances are shown in the browse when "No" is checked in "Shared" facet

Overview: Contributors from Shared Instances are shown in the browse when "No" is checked in "Shared" facet
Looks like it is reproducing only for some existing (maybe migrated) records.
I was not able to reproduce it for records created by myself.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into ECS Poppy environment (https://bugfest-poppy-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/) as admin.

  2. Switch active affiliation to "College".

  3. Go to "Inventory">>"Browse">>"Contributor"

  4. Browse for "Unapix Entertainment, Inc"

  5. Expand "Shared" accordion

  6. Click on "No" >> you can click on "Unapix Entertainment, Inc" contributor.

Expected Results: Non-exact match placeholder is displayed: "Unapix Entertainment, Inc would be here".

Note: Because there are no Local "Instance" records with that contributor.

Actual Results: "Unapix Entertainment, Inc" is displayed. If the user clicks on it no records will be found.

Verified on ECS Poppy bugfest in the scope of UIIN-2699

Verified at https://folio-dev-spitfire-consortium.ci.folio.org/ - issue is fixed.
As discussed before, non-exact match placeholder is displayed instead of row with "0" value in "Number of titles" column until is done.

Note for QA - How to reproduce it on any ECS environment:
>> 1 Shared Instance should be created at Central tenant with filled Contributor/Subject field
>> 1 Local Instance should be created at Member tenant with filled Contributor/Subject field
>> Holdings should be created for these Instances at least at two different Member tenants
>> Browse for created Contributor/Subject from one of the member tenants.
