Use default values in the Create screen for a new UDP

Description

Background information:

Some values in the Usage data provider record are at the same time both complicated to choose for new users and very often the same value for every UDP that is created.
Having those values pre-selected as defaults on opening the Create screen would be very helpful for orientation as well as for speed.

Scope:

When a user clicks on "New", the "create usage data provider" screen should show default selections for the following pick list values:

Harvesting status: Active
Harvest statistics via: Sushi
Service type: Counter-Sushi 5.0
Report release: Counter 5

Thanks, that looks very good!

There's one thing, though: it's not possible anymore to save a UDP with "no value" for the fields that are not mandatory when the harvesting status is "inactive":

  • Harvest statistics via

  • Service type

  • Report release
    But I just tested the previous behaviour and it wasn't really possible there, either. You could simply not assign a value, but as soon as a value was set, there was no way to un-set it again.
    So it's not directly related to this story, the problem is only more visible now, when a value is always set.
    I'll create a separate story.
