As a Librarian
I want the ability to create a license and attach a license to a title+package (aka resource) in the knowledge base

Requirement

• Only applies to Show title+package (aka resource) Detail Record View

• This functionality should be available regardless of Holding status

• This functionality should be available whether managed or custom

• Under Licenses accordion

  • Display New button

  • Clicking New button should open a New License record page in the Licenses App User

    • Once user hits save then the title+package (aka resource) is attached to that newly created License record.

• List of licenses: Each row is clickable and takes user to License in Licenses app.

• Licenses List primary sort: License Name (AtoZ)

Acceptance Criteria
Given I am on an eholdings title+package (aka resource) record
AND I have never attached a license to the title+package (aka resource) record
When I expand the License accordion
Then display

• New button

• display a message [No licenses found]

Given I am on an eholdings title+package (aka resource) record

AND I have expanded the License accordion
When I click New
Then display a New License record in the License app

Given I clicked the New button on the eholdings title+package (aka resource) record
And I am on the New License record in the License app
When I hit Save
Then attach the eholdings title+package (aka resource) to the created license
AND keep me in the Licenses App

Given I clicked the New button on the eholdings title+package (aka resource) record
And I am on the New License record in the License app
When I hit Cancel
Then do not attach the title+package (aka resource) to the license
AND keep me in the Licenses App

Given I am on a title+package (aka resource) detail record
AND a license(s) displays under the License section
When I click a License row
Then display the License record in the Licenses app

Given I am on an eholdings title+package (aka resource) detail record
WHEN at least one license has been attached to the title+package (aka resource)
THEN display License Status| License Type | License Name under Licenses section.
