Data Export App - landing page - add "View All" button

Description

Purpose:
In order to see the list of all completed jobs user will need to navigate to a separate page that will list the jobs. To navigate to this page user will need to click View all button that will be located above the list of currently completed jobs:

Acceptance criteria:

  • The button is added (opening the page will all jobs is outside the scope of this user story)
