Data Import Action/Field mapping profiles in modal window are not in alpha order by default on Create screen

Description

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot-load as diku_admin

  2. Go to Settings -> Data import -> Field mapping profiles/Action Profiles

  3. Create a new action profile

  4. Click "Link profile" button 

Expected Results: Sorting by name in alpha order is set to default and all profiles are in alphabetical order
Actual Results: Sorting is set as non-default and profiles are not sorted in alpha order

Note: If user set the sorting in alpha order then it will works for all profiles, but if he refresh the page after that, sorting will be disabled.

Note 2: This bug is not reproducing if there is an extension in the browser for debugging Redux - Redux DevTools

Same issue happens when trying to link match profile on Job profile
