UI | Swap around the User and Request token sections in the token modal in the patron notice template

Description

Purpose: To prepare for adding 7 new User tokens, and to better accommodate future additional User tokens being added, the order in which the tokens are presented needs to change: The User section and the Request section should swap places.

Scenario:

  • Given: Settings  >>  Circulation  >>  Patron notice templates  >> Open existing template OR +New  >> Category = Loan + Request + Automated fee/fine charge + Automated fee/fine adjustment + Manual fee/fine charge + Manual fee/fine action (pay, waive, refund, transfer or cancel/error),

  • When: I click on the tokens button in the template editor, which opens the “Add token” window,

  • Then: I see the sections and tokens organised in this fashion: (see mock-up - 1-modal-user-middle) the User section is in the botton middle, and the Request section is in the top right.

    • If the section "User address" has already been added, please do this according to the mock-up: 2-modal-user-address-middle

No functionality should be added or removed in the process.
