The "Delete" button looks inconsistent on the "Fixed due date schedules" edit page

Overview: I went to edit a Fixed due date schedule, there are "Delete" button placed directly on the edit page, not in the "Actions" section as it is done for other pages

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Nolana bugfest

2. Create a Fixed due date schedule, then save.

3. Go back to edit the Fixed due date schedule

4. Observe page

Expected Results:
The "Delete" button shoud not be displayed here

Actual Results:
There should be a dropdown "Actions" with a "Delete" button
