Cypress issue with circulation rules form

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to the snapshot

  2. Open setting->circulation->circulation rules

  3. Open dev tools with elements

  4. Press ctrl+f (Win)

  5. Paste .react-codemirror2.

When we are trying to interact with form it jumps and cover "save" button. There is no problem for end user, only for testing with cypress.
