Can't open Loan action history for loans > 100

Description

Steps to reproduce
Find a user with >100 loans
Click on a loan to view the Loan action history page, or renew/change due date
Expected result
You are taken the Loan action history page, which is populated with the appropriate data

Actual result
You get a series of error popups, and the Loan action history page is never loaded with the loan data.

As you can see in Dev tools, request to loan-policies and requests fail, presumably since the queries are not supplying the expected id values.

sorry, I think this particular ticket got lost in the shuffle because when the original bug was reported by Chalmers (), I cloned it and moved it () as part of the then-standard workflow for handling bugs in production. I see that you linked this bug to UIu-1652 as a duplicate - was there a reason that you didn't close it?

Additional information regarding the >100 aspect of the error.

All loans for a single user below 100 will resolve the loan history link as expected. Only those loans that are reported after 100 will not resolve.

- Not sure if this really is in your ballpark but thought you'd be the place to start. This error effects all the Production instances and is a big issue.
