Loan policies: can't un-select due date schedule

Description

Steps to repro

  1. On bugfest.folio.ebsco.com, with a user who has permission set folio-admin

  2. Go to Settings > Circulation > Loan policies

  3. For a loan policy with a rolling profile, select due date schedule

  4. Try to change due date schedule back to "Select schedule" in order to unassign any due date schedule

Expected: Due date schedule can be unassigned

Actual: UI does not allow user to leave the field blank once a schedule has been selected
