Permissions. Settings page for Circulation > Requests > Request type tokens

Description

Use case:

As a system administrator setting up permissions, I can assign permissions to staff to

  1. Settings (Circulation): Can view all circulation settings; including the new page Settings > Circulation > Requests > Request type tokens

  2. Settings (Circulation): Can edit settings Request type tokens

Senarios:

  1. Scenario

    1. Login to FOLIO environment, as user with the necessary permissions

    2. Go to the Users app and select any user who should be able to view all circulation settings

    3. When assigning the permission: Settings (Circulation): Can view all circulation settings

    4. Then the user can also view the new page Settings > Circulation > Requests > Request type tokens

      1. the table with 4 columns:

        1. Requests type

        2. Pick slips

        3. Hold slips

        4. Email

      2. The table with 6 predefined rows:

        1. Hold

        2. Hold reading room circulation in library request (alternatively: persistent request, or repeatable circulation) - TBD

        3. Recall

        4. Recall reading room circulation in library request (alternatively: persistent request, or repeatable circulation) - TBD

        5. Page

        6. Page reading room circulation in library request (alternatively: persistent request, or repeatable circulation) - TBD

  2. Scenario

    1. When a given user is also to have permission to do edits on the new new page Settings > Circulation > Requests > Request type tokens

    2. Then the user is assigned the permission labeled: Settings (Circulation): Can edit settings Request type tokens
