Incorrect name for Title level request setting

Description

Reproducible on snapshot and all single tenant R bugfest envs

Step to reproduce:

  1. Login into

  2. Go to “Settings” > “Circulation” > “Title level requests”

Actual result: Section name “ui-circulation.settings.titleLevelRequests.paneTitle”

Expected result: Section name “Title level requests”

Hello , this issue is reproducible on all environments: snapshot, and all R bugfests, ECS and non-ECS (okapi and eureka)
