update react-codemirror2 to a compatible version

Description

Description: Upgrade react-codemirror2 to v7.x.x.

Details: ui-circulation currently depends on react-codemirror2 ^1.0.0 from August, 2017. That release specifically claims not to be compatible with React 16, the version we use, though, obviously, we use it. We would like to use graphiql to provide a nice query environment for mod-graphql but it is incompatible with v1 (UID-32).

Oh absolutely! In fact, with the recent release on Node 14, there are likely to be more of these "the thing you're using is so old we can't use it any longer" tickets. Additional tickets tagged bitrot.

we are trying to close old bugs. This one is > 1 year old. Is it still relevant?

It's super cool how searching in Jira for react-codemirror turns up nothing while react-codemirror2 turns up all the duplicate tickets I keep filing when I think, "Didn't I already file a ticket to update codemirror? I swear I did. Oh well, I guess not. Oh, it's codemirror2 not codemirror, I better get the details right in this new ticket. Oh, wait..." I just love that.
