While the release PR here merged cleanly, building from the tag (to publish the release to npm-folio) in Jenkins failed consistently during the penultimate step, Generate Module Descriptor, which shows up as Checking mod descriptor dependencies in the build-log. It isn't clear why this problem showed up now given that the structure of this library (it simply re-exports many other libraries) and the release process have not changed since the last release, when this process worked just fine.

The problem was resolved with assistance from to configure Jenkins for this repository to disable the Okapi dependency check.
