Don't Display Permissions in Current User Menu

Description

Overview: The Current User Menu in the upper right (which shows the logged in user) is currently showing assigned permissions and shouldn't.

Steps to Repro:

  1. Log into http://folio-uidemo.aws.indexdata.com/ as any user with permissions

  2. Open the Current User Menu by clicking the dummy profile pic in the upper right - note the permissions displayed

Expected Results: No permissions displayed in the Current User menu

Actual Results: Permissions are displayed (and they use different names than what is displayed on user details). This could be a very long list to display in this little menu and there's no requirement to do so.

Just trying to get things cleaned up a bit so a config option so they only appear in development sounds like a good plan. Unless objects...
