Loader configuration file

Description

The loader needs to be configured with application specific details such as which fields represent components to be loaded (as in STRIPES-197) and which fields need to be unique (https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STRIPES-45#icft=STRIPES-45)

For https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STRIPES-197#icft=STRIPES-197, I did only the parts of this that were directly needed:

  • New module type settings which does not appear in the applications menu at the top of the stripes-core screen, but which does present a settings pane.

  • New boolean setting hasSettings for "app" modules, specifying whether or not to include this module in the settings menu. (Default: false)

These suffice for my present purposes. After discussion with Jason, I fully expect him to change the details of this in accordance with his master-plan when the time comes – which is fine, so long as he modifies the various modules' configurations to match the changed specification, and updates the relevant documentation.
