SPIKE: Stripes Connect | Upgrade react-redux

Description

This will touch several repositories, but stripes-core is probably the place to start.

redux-form v8.x resolves some very noisy warnings we're getting from stripes-components, but it relies on react-redux v6.x. We're still on react-redux 5.x.

Will likely need a @folio/stripes release, hopefully just minor instead of major.

  • Will need to consider MarcCat with upgrade. Could be a large effort.

  • Would provide more flexibility.

  • Create a spike to assess level of effort.
