Choose custom package - batch load packages

Description

As a librarian
I want to see a full list of packages
So that I see and pick a needed package

Requirements

  • Apply to a Choose custom package component

  • When a user does not type anything in search box - show a list of 100 first packages

  • When a user types something in search box - perform a search with filter by name

  • Needs to support retrieving more than 100 packages

I implemented searching by name, but the results still contain 100 items. I agree that we should create a separate story for changes on RM API side

, a PR was merged. What work was included? It seems to me that we set this story to done and create a new story tied to the requirement that requires HoldingsIQ (aka RM API ) support. What are your thoughts?
