MCL Focus indicator is misaligned

Description

  1. Go to snapshot

  2. Go to Users

  3. Filter status = Active

  4. Notice that the focus indicator for any user with a long email address is off.

I have observed this issue with the following apps: Invoices, Find Plug-ins, Assign Permissions modal, Assign Notes modal, Orders lines, Organizations. It is tied to one of the cells having a lot more data than other cells.

I think this ticket is more about column sizing rather than the focus indicator positioning.

The focus indicator is made to be vertically centered. Fixing the rows that expand onto two lines would fix the issue.

If that's not acceptable, then we can look into making something custom for focus indicators in MCL rows but it's hard to make something that fits all purposes.
