Filter pane tweak

Description

  1. Remove the Search field from the pane header and give the pane a regular header

  2. Add the Search field in a Filter Group like all the other filters

  3. Add a “Reset all” button at the top of the Filter Pane Content

    1. Clicking the "Reset all" button should clear the Search field and restore all filters to their default state

  4. Add an icon next to each Filter Group Headline that allows the user to clear that Group’s filters

Added a bit more permissive handling of unset initialFilters. Managing that regression in that issue.

Looks like a regression introduced here. Will check where this should be fixed.
