Added aria roles breaking UI Tests

When aria-roles were added to the Pagination components in MCL, in order to resolve errors from axe testing utilities. The added attribute may have broken tests that use the MCL, particularly those that use an attribute selector of ["role=row"] to assert that the correct number of rows was rendered.

The roles should be rolled back, despite the complaint that will be registered with axe dev tools.
