User can't click on the link if focus (highlighting) is on the row with link

Description

Overview: User can't click on the link if focus (highlighting) is on the row with link.
This issue could be found in different apps (for example: "MARC Authority", "Export manager").
Reproducible only on Snapshot.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Snapshot FOLIO environment as User with following permissions:
    MARC Authority: View MARC authority record

  2. Go to "MARC Authority" app.

  3. Execute any search to get records in the result list.

  4. Highlight the row with "Heading" value by clicking on it (do not click on the heading value, don't open the third pane).

  5. Click on the heading value.

Expected Results: The detail view of the record is opened in the third pane.
Actual Results: Nothing happens.

Verified on Snapshot environment - works as expected. 

When clicking "Heading/Reference" link in highlighted row - detail view of selected record opens in third pane.
