Add the ability to pass a className to the rows container in the MCL.

Description

Overview:
<EditableListForm> component uses MCL under the hood. But at the moment there are some issues with using the default row container styles. Therefore, it will be useful to give the opportunity to pass a custom className of row container to the <MultiColumnList>.
