Description Create a Shared Rancher environment that Data Import/Export and quickMARC SMEs and POs can use for sandbox, exploratory work, and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Include the following apps (check with if questions about specific modules)

  • Data Import I can create Data Import profiles in Settings, but the Data Import app landing page https://metadata.ci.folio.org/data-import never finishes loading and does not allow me to upload files

  • Data Export allows me to Save UUIDs from Inventory, but when I upload the UUID file and apply the default export template, the export fails.   • Inventory Inventory app shows 29 Source = FOLIO records and 1 Source = MARC record. Inventory ES map shows 1 Source = MARC record, but no Source = FOLIO records. View source works. Edit in quickMARC does not work

  • Invoices was able to manually create an invoice and add a line to it. When I tried to approve it, got an error message without any useful info.

  • MARC Authorities Looks like the Juniper versions of modules, so no MARC Authorities yet

  • Orders was able to create an order and open it, triggering finance transactions, receiving piece creation, and inventory record creation

  • Organizations

  • OAI PMH (did not test)

  • Settings Did not test them all, but they have the hosted ref env default data and seem to be working

  • Users Was able to build a user and assign permissions, but did not receive a password reset e-mail

  • Plus the following helper apps (ones that do not have app names in the top menu bar of the UI)

    • Acquisitions units

    • mod-copycat Looks like it's installed, but I couldn't get it to work, probably because of some missing connection for Data Import

    • mod-quickMARC edit screen never opens

    • Tags was able to add tags to instances and orders

    • Notes was able to add notes to order lines

• The latest versions of the modules (which are mostly unreleased Kiwi modules at this point) Looks like it has Juniper versions

• Include the default data and settings from the hosted reference environments (folio-testing/snapshot/snapshot-load) Haven't checked every piece of ref data, but I've seen the standard hosting reference data when testing various apps

• No SRS or Inventory data to begin with, except default settings

• Users can set up individual logons and passwords

• Users can update passwords via e-mail never received the password reset e-mail

• Apps and modules can be updated/refreshed on demand, by Folijet or Spitfire, upon request by any of the relevant POs (, , ) TBD. Make sure the devs know how they can do it

• Import/export profiles created by users are not deleted when modules are refreshed

• Settings created or updated by users are not deleted when modules are refreshed

• Reference data created or updated by users are not deleted when modules are refreshed

• SRS and Inventory data is not removed when modules are refreshed, but can be removed upon request

• Should be able to handle a maximum of 50,000 Instances and SRS MARC records; expectation is that users will be working with a few records at a time, instead of large numbers of records
