Overview: User cannot find call number when its shelf key starts with same 10 first characters as other call numbers (approx. 1500 call numbers) during browsing using "Call numbers (all)" browse option.
In the scope of the same issue was fixed for “Library of Congress classification" call number browse option.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to https://folio-testing-sprint-fs09000000.ci.folio.org/ environment as admin

2. Create 26 "Instance" records without any "Holdings" added, for example:

   • Instance 1

   • Instance 2

   • Instance 3

   • ...

   • Instance 26
     One "Holdings" record is added to each of the existing 26 "Instance" records
     One "Item" record is added to each of the "Holdings" above.
     Each added "Item" record has filled "Call number" field and selected "Call number type", for example see table below.

3. Go to "Inventory" app

4. Select "Call numbers (all)" browse option

5. Fill in the browse box with the following query: "PR9199.48 .B20".

6. Click on the “Search” button.

Expected result:

1. Exact match result if found.

2. All created by user preceding call numbers are displayed above exact match result, use pagination to check (from “PR9199.48 .B10” to “PR9199.48 .B19”.

3. All created by user exceeding call numbers are displayed below exact match result (from “PR9199.48 .B21” to “PR9199.48 .B4”.

Actual result:

Exact match result is not found. Only one created in preconditions call number “PR9199.48 .B13” is displayed in the result list.
