SPIKE: Create UAT environment

Description

  • Check the new jenkins jobs to make sure Vega can still create a new Rancher

  • Create list of all modules we created and have worked in

  • Get UAT environment created (will reach out to Steph for help when/as needed)

    • Will need instance, holding and items records in the central tenant as well as at least one data tenant.
