When we bring up a system with 2 module instances and with 2 partitions in Kafka, the system does not immediately start working in parallel. It takes some time until Kafka balances the consumers and splits them into 2 groups, which will start to read from the partitions in parallel. We need to speed up this process, so that the consumers are immediately divided into 2 groups (by the number of partitions).
