 -  and I tested on Kiwi Bugfest. See Valery's comment on 

I just tested a variety of records. It works as expected for Bib record. The one thing I noticed is In Progress when I edit the record for a second time or third time. Maybe it is due to timing as I updating the record in less than 30 seconds. 

 

Ditto for updating a MARC holdings record.
