jobLogEntries responds with 404 on attempt to see import log details

Description

Environment:

https://eureka-bugfest-ramsons-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Data Import app

  2. Click on file name of any completed import

  3. Click on title of created record

Expected: Log details for the selected record should be opened

Actual: No log details are loaded. 404 response came from the server on request to

https://kong-eureka-bugfest-ramsons-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/metadata-provider/jobLogEntries/<jobEntryId>/records/<recordId>

The issue is resolved by restarting mod-source-record-manager module
