Include FOLIO Identifiers in Kafka Messages

Description

We should ensure that Kafka messages produced by this module include FOLIO identifiers for logging and identification purposes. Identifiers should be populated in Kafka Headers.
The FOLIO identifiers include:

  • X-Okapi-Request-Id

  • X-Okapi-User-Id

  • X-Okapi-Tenant

  1. will be associating most of these tickets in a NFR feature.

  2. Eureka will get this fix without additional effort.

  3. With increased security awareness for FOLIO because of the Library of Congress, it has become apparent that it will be difficult to audit actions of users in the system via the logs. FOLIO as a distributed system is not propagating the necessary context to enable downstream modules to record identifiers on each log line/ action. might be able to provide extra context on the increased security stance required by Library of Congress.
