Add default job profile entry

Description

In order to provide a (semi-hidden) way of loading a MARC file to Source Record Storage and have it create Instances based on the current standard data mappings (https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIDATIMP-185#icft=UIDATIMP-185), the default job profile entry is needed on the backend since UI should specify details for a job profile in the body of the request.

, after discussing with we agreed to create a story in the backlog for that. So initially it will be possible to accomplish the deletion of the default job profile. Thank you.

Which is easier right now - to restrict it from being deleted or not? It would be best to make it non-deletable. If that's a lot of extra work, then I guessQuestion Mark that's OK to allow it to be deleted.

Hi ,
Thank you for providing details for the default job profile. There is one question for that matter is should we restrict the deletion of this job profile as if the associated job profile is deleted from the UI for some reason, it will not be possible to run the process. Since this is a temporary solution we need your thought on this whether it makes sense to care about it now.
