Preconditions:

1. User is authorized with following permissions: 'Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs', 'Settings (Data import): Can view, create, edit, and remove'.

2. User has opened "Data import" settings from the "Settings" app.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select "Field mapping profiles" -> Click "Actions" button -> Select "New field mapping profile" option.

2. Populate following fields:

•  

  • "Name": unique valid name (e.g. "Modify MARC_BIB")

  • "Incoming record type": select "MARC Bibliographic" option

  • "FOLIO record type": select "MARC Bibliographic" option

  • "Field mappings for MARC": select "Modifications".

1. In the "Field mapping. MARC Bibliographic. Modifications" accordion populate following fields:

•  

  • "Action": select "Delete" option from the dropdown list

  • "Field": enter "500" value (without quotations marks)

  • "In.1": "*" selected by default

  • "In.2": "*" selected by default

  • "Subfield": "*" selected by default.

1. In the "Field mapping. MARC Bibliographic. Modifications" accordion click "+" button and populate following fields:

•  

  • "Action": select "Add" option from the dropdown list

  • "Field": enter "900" value (without quotations marks)

  • "In.1": leave blank

  • "In.2": leave blank

  • "Subfield": enter "a" value (without quotations marks)

  • "Data": enter  "Added field" note (with quotations marks).

1. Click "Save as profile & Close" button.

2. Close the detail view of the field mapping profile by clicking the "X" icon at the top left.

3. Select "Action profile" in the 2nd pane -> Click "Actions" button -> Select "New action profile" option.

4. Populate the following fields:

•  

  • "Name": unique valid name (e.g. "Modify MARC_BIB")

  • "Action": select "Modify" option

  • "FOLIO record type": select "MARC Bibliographic" option

  • Link action profile with field mapping profile from the step 5 ("Modify MARC_BIB") by "Link profile" button.

1. Click "Save as profile & Close" button.

2. Select "Job profiles" in the 2nd pane -> Click "Actions" button -> Select "New job profile" option.

3. Populate the following fields:

•  

  • "Name": unique valid name (e.g. "Multiple status for instance")

  • "Accepted data type": select "MARC" option

  • Click "+" icon on the Overview accordion -> select "Action" options in the following sequence:

•  

  •  

    • select "Default - Create instance" action profile

    • select action profile from step 9 ("Modify MARC_BIB").

1. Click "Save as profile & Close" button.

2. Go to "Data import" app.

3. Import file from preconditions by dragging it to the "Drag and drop" area or clicking "or choose" button.

4. Select the job profile from step 12 ("Multiple status for instance")> Click on the "Actions" button> Select "Run" > Click on the "Run" button at the displayed modal.

5. Click on the file name at the top of the log list.

6. Pay attention on the Updated row.

Expected Results: The Updated counter contains '0' in 'SRS Marc' and 'Instance' columns in the 'Summary table'.

Actual Results: The '1' number of Instance is displayed in cell in the row with the 'Updated' row header in the 'Summary table' at the individual import job's log.
