Remove mapping params from mapping metadata

Description

Mapping metadata should not contain mapping params (they are moved to inventory). Remove its formation of mapping params, and make all the changes in the schemas (remove mapping params from MappingMetadataDto) and services. Update tests.

Put possible-ramsons, because we first need to remove post-processing step for all DI inventory flows. Once mod-srs is no longer require mapping params, we'll be able to move them to inventory MODINV-888
