Is this issue still valid for mod-rtac?

Similarly to the other issue, I would likely close it. It's 3 years old and the memory allocation hasn't changed. The could mean that folks are overriding it or it could mean that it's ok.

We don't have the capacity to sensibly evaluate it (it would require some form of load testing).
