Unable to Edit quickMARC (snapshot environment only)

Description

Affected environment: snapshot - https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/

  1. Find a instance record with Source = MARC 

  2. Edit the record in quickMARC 

  3. Hit Save

Expected outcome: Successful save

Actual outcome: Receive a 500 error (see screenshot)

Okanagan College continues to receive this error (although not as frequently as when first reported).

, quickMarc edit is resulting in 500 error by Universidad de Concepción(https://bibliotecasudec.folio.ebsco.com) and MTSU (https://mtsu.folio.ebsco.com/)  both running on kiwi hotfix 2. Could these tenants be added to this issue as well. cc
