Title Level Requests: Integrate with instance level requests API

Description

This user story assumes that mod-circulation implementation of title level requests is already in place.

The EDS and FOLIO integration should allow for the following:

  • requests made in EDS are being recorded in FOLIO (this will require mapping between EDS holds and FOLIO's recalls, pages, holds according to existing rules)

  • requests deleted in EDS are being closed in FOLIO

Out of scope for this user story:
EDS uses notes to convey hold preferences, like specific copies, from the patron to the fulfilling librarian.

Updating the user stories related to the Title Level Holds () feature. I am assigning them to Core: Functional for development and marking P2 (because they are targeted for Q1). Some of these are still in the UXPROD project and need to be moved out into development projects. , can you do that?
