Overview

Place a copy of the personal data disclosure form at the top level of the module github repository and check the boxes that apply.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The form is present at the top level of the module's github repository

  • The form is accurately "filled out" - at least one box must be checked

Hi , I think that is a good idea.

That is to say, correct it did not make it into Nolana.
