No logging in honeysuckle version

Overview
No logging was found while upgrading the bugfest environment.
There was a bug found while upgrading to java 11 and RMB 31.x, where the module's logging was broken. It needs a fix to the pom.xml

Verified on vagrant box with fix : config.vm.box_version = "5.0.0-20201023.5182"

It seems all other modules will require that fix.
As I can see acquisition modules where migrated to the latest rmb and JDK11 before this fix was announced in upgrading doc.
