How to reproduce
Login to folio-testing
Create acquisitions unit with All restrictions
Add your user to that unit
Create order for receiving
Assign that unit to order
Add POL and open order
Remove your user from the acq unit
Navigate to receiving app

Actual: User can see the title to be received for a team they are not able to work for. User cannot see the order in orders app. User cannot view the title details

Expected: User can only see titles in search results if they have permission to view that title when regulated by acquisition unit
