Purpose/Overview: Michigan State has proposed an enhancement to facilitate a more efficient flow between acquisitions and ERM. They note: 

"When working through orders of physical books, the movement between the orders app, receiving app, and inventory app is easy and intuitive. We were wondering if the same movement can be applied to electronic items."

Approach:

Given user is editing/creating POL
When clicking "Link agreement line"
Then plugin-find-agreement-line is displayed
AND when choosing an agreement line the agreement line is updated with a link to the POL
AND the POL shows what agreement has been selected 

Current workflow looks like this:

• Placing order via GOBI API – fulfilment auto-selects title via auto-population service

• Editing order post-creation to add supplemental information

• Opening Agreements

• Searching agreement

• Editing agreement to add POL to agreement line

The preferred workflow would look like this:

• Placing order via GOBI API – fulfilment auto-selects title via auto-population service

• Editing order post-creation to add supplemental information

• Clicking on Actions > Link to agreement line and searching the agreement in a modal then selecting the line.
