Root cause : Create extra pieces and items when editing location and increase quantity at the same time for Open order (Common open flow). This will be a problem for receiving.

Extra items, pieces for location are created.

In current implementation is not possible to change quantity and location for opened order and both cases are not relevant.

We are going to block ability to change quantity of the location from POL edit form and move it to "Receive" app

One concern would be if there are "Requests" on the item. Those items can not be deleted. Also if a barcode has been added or other information like "Caption" has been added to the pieces.
