Looks to be resolved, I saw a small hiccup but was not able to reproduce. Instance, holding and item are being created successfully and order opens properly.

Hi and Any chance of getting this sorted by the end of Tuesday? I just realized it's also causing GobiAPI orders to fail to open and return the PO to GOBI. They get stuck in pending. I have a big demo on Weds, and am hoping to show the Order/Inventory interaction, plus GobiAPI.

so the resolution seems to be https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/CIRC-447. But I'm not sure why it started to appear now, when there are no changes to mod-orders at all

Another note is that I don't see this error in a local vagrant box. It could also be an environmental issue. Might be worthwhile to ask in slack
