Missing Titles in "Usage & analysis" accordion of "Package" record

Description

Overview: In the Package "Wiley Online Library" (58-473) I see only one title in "Usage and analysis" (see response for "/eholdings/packages/58-473/resources/costperuse?fiscalYear=2020&order=desc&platform=all&sort=usage")

Request sent to “HoldingsIQ” team.
This Jira is needed to track failed test case.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to “eHoldings” app

  2. Find Package "Wiley Online Library"

  3. Go to “Usage & analysis" accordion and expand it

  4. Select year “2020” and click 'View' button

  5. Select 'Actions' -> View titles

Expected result: 'Advanced Materials', 'About Campus' and other titles with >0 usage in 2020 are included to the Titles list
Actual result: Only 'Abacus' title is present on the list

Looks like the issue is fixed. Could we close this issue?

The issue is due to holdings load process failure. To get the usage data we are first looking into loaded holdings to get title IDs and construct url for requesting cost data from Apigee.

I've restarted the loading process several times but it always fails.
