Created custom package cannot be found

Overview: Created custom package cannot be found

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Snapshot environment as a user with following permissions:

   1. eHoldings: Can create and delete custom packages and titles

   2. eHoldings: Can edit providers, packages, titles detail record

2. Switch to “Packages“ tab in the first pane

3. Click on “New“ button in the second pane

4. Fill “Name“ fieldt

5. Click “Save & close“ button

6. Fill search input field in the first pane with the title inputted at Step 4

7. Click “Search“

Expected Results: 

Created custom package title is shown in results list in second pane

Actual Results: 

No packages found

Additional Information:

• See attached screencast:

• GET /eholdings/packages?q=<package name> API call also yields no packages

• Even when repeating search in UI or via API after considerable time (an hour), created package is not found
