"9900 records found" is displayed under "Titles" accordion of created "Custom Package"

Description

Overview: "9900 records found" is displayed under "Titles" accordion of created "Custom Package". 
After collapsing and expanding the "Titles" accordion it shows - "0" as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Snapshot FOLIO environment as User with following permissions:
    eHoldings: Can create and delete custom packages and titles
    eHoldings: Can view providers, packages, titles detail records

  2. Go to "eHoldings" app

  3. Select "Packages" tab

  4. Click on the "New" 

  5. Fill required fields

  6. Click on the "Save & close" button

Expected Results: "0" is displayed in counter of records found under "Titles" accordion.

Actual Results: "9900" is displayed in counter of records found under "Titles" accordion.
"9900" is returned in response for GET "/eholdings/packages/<package ID>" right after its creation.

TODO: Investigate request to HoldingsIQ (create custom package), check if it has wrong number of titiles. Talk with HoldingsIQ devs about any unexpected numbers right after its creation.
