Investigate: loadholdings process is failing for Five Collages, Bank of Finland ,UL Research Institutes,Umsystems and sygnitysbs-demo | Nolana and Orchid Release

As workaround we added below JAVA_OPTIONS changes but
JAVA_OPTIONS: "-Dholdings.load.retry.count=2 -Dholdings.page.size=1000 -Dholdings.page.retry.count=5 -Dholdings.page.retry.delay=100000"

For Five collages loadholding process is still failing with
"org.folio.holdingsiq.service.exception.ResultsProcessingException: Error processing RMAPI Response"
