Schema differences between Orchid Bugfest and clean Orchid deployment: mod-kb-ebsco-java

Overview:

Small syntax difference in several tables between bugfest and the new Orchid deployment. This difference was spotted in three tables tags, access_types, and usage_consolidation_settings. It involved minor syntax differences, mainly “::text” in an array of an ALTER TABLE statement. See pictures for more details.
