Can't create New custom title

Description

Overview: Retrieve Title not found exception while creating new Custom Title
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

  2. Go to eHoldings page

  3. Select Titles in Search & filter and click New

  4. Fill in the Name and Package fields

  5. Click Save & close

Expected Results: The new Custom Title is saved and returned
Actual Results: Title not found

Oddly enough... it does save but still get the error message. I will report to HoldingsIQ team.
