Missing permission to see and use "Access status type" feature in "eHoldings" app.

Description

Overview: User without UI permission "Settings (eHoldings): Can assign/unassign a user from a KB" can't:
1) see and use "Access status type" filter in "eHoldings" app.
2) see field "Access status type" when view/edit "Package" / "Title+Package" record.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Make sure that "Access status types" values was created at the following page: "Settings">>"eHoldings">>"Access status types"

  2. Log into Nolana BF FOLIO environment as User with the following permissions:
    eHoldings: Can view providers, packages, titles detail records

  3. Go to "eHoldings" app.

  4. Click on the "Package" / "Titles" toggle.

Expected Results: "Access status types" accordion is displayed on the "Search & filter" pane.
Actual Results: "Access status types" accordion doesn't display on the "Search & filter" pane.

Hi  
If I login as a user with the following permission: "eHoldings: Can view providers, packages, titles detail records" (see screenshot 1) the following elements are still not visible at Snapshot env:
1) The "Access status types" filter at the "Search & filter" pane of "eHoldings" app (see screenshot 2)
2) "Access status type" field in detail view of "Package" record (see screenshot 3)
3) "Access status type" field in detail view of  "Title" record
